Saturday, April 01, 2006 ::: FOOL Everybody's saying OSCEs are easy. Ya rite - When the time is tight, the bell is ringing, the pressure is overwhelming, the mind is blank, while the mouth is so desparate finding the thing that's not too wrong to say - It doesn't take much to make a student feel like a complete idiot in front of you. That's the spirit of April's Fool. But then, I'm sorry for totally forgetting to be thankful. Anyways, now I can call this day the end of the school term. Hopefully. Music news that I hope some of you actually care about: Lily Allen's new shit. Lily is amazing, I've said it too many times already, and another great thing about her is she actually keeps updating her myspace site with new demos posted every now and then! Check out her new tune 'Everythings Just Wonderful' and its wonderfulness and awesomeness. Leigh Nash has done an amazing cover of 'The End of The World'. Listen to the beautiful song here. Totally Love her, and you cannot not love a song like that. Old. Cheesy. Obsolete. Whatever you call it. But a good song is a good song. And when it's done good - it's better than good. Another new song is 'Trains, Boats and Planes'. Coldplay has a new video. This is The Hardest Part . The video is great, and I can't really tell you why. All I can say is it features some stunts performed by an 80 year old lady, which looks quite real, and is quite amazing really. That's it, I'm saving more updates for later. I didn't drug myself with ANY booze after exam (I'm actually behaving! after exams! can you believe that), but the lack of sleep, the early morning, the horrid air of Mong Kok that smells like fart + more fart (an understatement already) plus the night out (luke warm Irish mocha - ewwww) with so much walking is simply tiring enough - but I've had a nice shower, now I might even treat myself a movie before I go to bed.
